On Friday, March 7th, Crestani Scholarships attended the Global Centre for Research and Training in Radiation Oncology at the University of Newcastle.
This special event celebrated excellence and dedication in the field, with eight outstanding scholarships awarded to deserving recipients.
One of the most moving moments at the Crestani Scholarship Awards Ceremony was hearing from guest speaker and former Scholarship recipient Bailey De Gioia. Bailey shared her personal journey, reflecting on her family’s history with cancer and how it inspired her to pursue a career in radiation oncology.
